Prior to starting the coaching process, your life coach will help you figure out what it is that you truly want. This is a crucial part of the coaching process. Your life coach will assess where you are at the moment

Coaching can help you get to where you are right now to where you want to be in the future. Aside from consistently motivating you, your life coach will also employ various coaching tools to help ensure you stay on the right track. For instance, your life coach might recommend keeping a journal to help you identify internal patterns and increase your self-awareness. It is also possible that you will be asked to report progress you have made on goals and action items you have committed to.
