Our all web hosting packages come with ‘anytime money back guarantee’ . You will be refunded for your remaining period of service. A 10% processing fee will be deduced.
Note: Domains, digital certificates, dedicated IP and email only package have only 3 days money back period. You can request for refund within 3 three days. A 10% processing fee will be deduced.
Domains
Though we give you full access to your domain, you can move and/or change name servers to host on third party servers very easily. If you want to keep your domain with us, you can do for as long as you wish and use web and email hosting services of any other party of your choice.
